• Workflow automation. Built automations with Google Sheets and Slack to remove repetitive daily tasks like status reporting, data entry, and notifications. That freed the team to focus on its core work.
• Ongoing IT advisory. Stayed on as a fractional IT advisor. We monitor systems, look for ways to save time, and keep the infrastructure in step with the company's growth.
